Your Customer ID by default becomes your Login ID which is mentioned in the welcome letter received by you or your cheque book.
Keep your debit card, mobile and ATM PIN handy before you proceed.
Please ensure that your mobile number is registered with Axis Bank. You may visit the nearest Axis Bank ATM and click on 'Registrations->Mobile No Update' to register.You may also visit your nearest branch
NRI account holders, can generate passwords online with debit card or with KYC details like Passport number, Date of birth and Pincode.
The debit card linked primary account should be used to generate passwords.
While generating the password, if you are getting an error "The Primary account number associated with this debit card is not mapped with your "iConnect Login ID" or "Invalid User Details" then click here to link your account number and login id. However you will still encounter this error if you are not using the debit card that is linked to your Primary account.

Only existing Internet Banking customers can generate their password online. If you are not registered for Internet Banking, please click here to download the Internet Banking registration form and submit it to the nearest Axis Bank Branch.
To generate your Internet Banking password online, you need to have an Axis Bank Debit Card.
If your Internet Banking account has been locked due to wrong entry of password, you can re-generate your password and then login using your new password immediately.
One touch device users please register/update your mobile number by visiting the nearest ATM or Branch. Henceforth, You will be required to enter OTP sent on your registered mobile number to reset passwords online.
